Jolly Journaling - Day One, Meal One - the beginner
Woke up with raging hangover and all over body aches - have had next to no sleep as I celebrated my final night of non-training
Have sworn never to drink again
Made my first body building breakfast - porridge and egg whites with protein powder and sugar free maple
Is not bad but have had to sprinkle with sweetener
Has consistency of clag *note to self: must refine porridge making skills
Today am supposed to be working back and chest - in light of first sentence, using my spoon to eat claggy substance feels like weight lifting - may not need gym after all
Stomach is threatening to consume me
Perhaps not the best day to start but will start anyway
Had trouble fitting all the claggy stuff in, think I am going to ralph
