Jolly Journaling - Day One, More Meals - Learning

Got some flame grilled fish - is easy.  In oven out oven, eat.

Had it with sweet poatato - had forgotten what baked sweet potato tasted like, tis quite yummy

Have discovered that gluey oats has V good sustainability - not been hungry all day and feel like am eating for hell of it

First workout did triceps and chest (as per Mr Builder) already feeling like a seized mutant - quads are screaming blue bloody murder at me after run yesterday afternoon

Went shopping for protein bars and powder - feeling V excited
